ESOP – Employee Stock Ownership Plan:
The ESOP is a qualified employee retirement plan. Chuck & Don’s implemented the ESOP in 2013. The ESOP provides additional retirement benefits to Team Members. The company culture supports employee ownership where eligible participants are shareholders of the company. Contributions are allocated to eligible participants’ accounts based on their compensation. Team members do not make a contribution to the ESOP. Team member’s contribution is their service time given to Chuck & Don’s.
